What is your return policy?

Return Policy I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. I don’t accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I order special sized crates?

Yes, We regularly create custom sized crates built specifically to our customers needs.

Are custom made crates more expensive than those already offered on your site?
Typically no, in many situations the custom crates are priced using the same formulas used to price our in stock crates. The addition of specialty needs within a crate aside of sizes will increase pricing accordingly, such as finish’s,roping,finger or hand slots,etc.
Do you offer bulk crate pricing?
Yes, we have our in-stock crates set at bulk prices per 4,6,10&20 packs. We also offer discount in-bulk pricing for our custom request customers.
Will you build me a custom sized coat rack using a current product design you offer?
Absolutely, our designs for in-stock products are of generic sizes we felt would fit in most home decor. Were up to about building anything, send us your specialty sizes for a quote.
How do I go about getting shipping quotes for custom orders?
When you contact us with your special order request for a quote please include your zip code in such email so we may also give you approximate shipping costs.
Can I request different color hooks for mirrors offered on your site,
Yes, upon checkout you may select several different options such as size, product color, hook style, hook color, etc.
